Pros
The hosts, Karen and Ken, receive consistent praise for their helpful and friendly manner.
A full English breakfast is available for £7.50, and guests commend its quality.
Some rooms are situated away from the road, providing a quiet ambient.
Cons
Some rooms are located on the road side and may experience traffic noise when windows are open.
Sound insulation between rooms is limited, with some guests reporting creaky floorboards.
“What struck me most about this Cheltenham address was the genuine sense of being welcomed into someone's home, a feeling amplified by the quiet garden setting and the thoughtfulness evident in the breakfast offerings, including vegan choices. While some areas show a little wear, the kindness of the hosts and the undeniable comfort of the beds make it a place I'd readily return to.”
